Well, the first Medley match of the season was a hard fought affair! The points difference at the end of the evening was only 20. 420 to 400 and yet Callington C ran out 8 - 1 winners which did seem a bit unfair. It was Leslie & Laurie seen here on the right of the team picture who saved the whitewash in the final mixed event of the evening.
Joan, Jo and Dan are also in the picture but Helen who stepped in at the last moment for Julie S who was not available tonight had to shoot off before the pictue was taken to get home because of her baby sitter. If this match is a sign of things to come - there could be some crackers!
