Christmas Tournament 02-12-2012

Jason & Diane just missed out on a place in the semi-final of the Xmas Badminton tournament on Sunday by one point! They battled hard in their initial group of 5 teams. Winning 2 and losing 2. Luckily they only dropped 5 points in total, which gave them second in group and qualified for the 'Main Event'. Helped by their +8 handicap! The next match was a tough ask, especially after losing most of their advantage in the early points. Diane played like a trouper and they ended up losing only 20-21! Close but no cigar. Thanks to Gordon and team for organising a great event. Torpoint will be back for more at the next tournament
