Mens Match - Torpoint A vs Kitto

The season is now underway for Torpoint as our Mens A team played their first match against Kitto on Wed 4th Nov.  We had no idea of form going into the match, but knew it would be tough, having been unexpectedly promoted to the 2nd division.

We fielded a strong team of Joe, Jason, James S and Andy, with James making a welcome return to badminton after a long absence.

Everyone played their socks off and we managed to pickup 3 points with the final score Kitto 9 and Torpoint 3.  Man of the match must go to James as he was involved with all three of the point wins.

The next match for Torpoint A is away to Kitto at the end of Nov and we will be looking to improve on 3 points!
