Both of these matches were away from home. The Ladies were away to Devonshires on Monday 25th and things did not improve for them again going down 9 - 0. Good games and a enjoyable evening but no cigar! Joan stood in for the injured Carol but could not do anything to stop the rot.
The men faired no better against Mayflower Wednesday on Wednesday 27th. It had been hard enough at home and it was even more of a problem on their court at Devonport high again going down 9 - 0. If nothing else we are consistant! Both mens and ladies are playing again this week so lets hope we can get a improvement!
