Torpoint Juniors V BATS Juniors (friendly) 14-12-2011

Torpoint men’s team were playing BATS and the two clubs organised a friendly match for the juniors to be played at the same time in which both teams played very enthusiastically. Ricky Shepherd, Daniel Warren James Raw and Matt House played for Torpoint whilst Tom Cooper, Redley Kennard, Peter Bradley and Will Nightingale played for BATS. There were some close exciting games, one of which ended 28 - 26. Both teams played in the best sporting spirit and enjoyed the night. Torpoint ran out 11 - 1 winner’s on the night but playing the game was more important than winning! Well done everyone who took part and hopefully we can repeat it again.
