The first match of the new year and altthough we had had some good results at the end of 2007, the ladies had yet to win a game this season although all of their matches had been away.
This was a little bit better, although they did not win the match, they did get their first 3 points on the score sheet! Leslie had to step in because of a injury to Carole and was involved in getting all three of Torpoints points.
Next Wednesday we are back in the Beckly cup against Deriford! Fingers crossed in that one. It is at Home starting at 19:30
