This match had to be rearanged due to a failure of the lighting at the Kitto centre. It was however worth waiting for because although Torpoint did not manage to win any event, they did manage to accumalate quite a few points in most of the events in some good games.
This meant that when the envelope was opened at the end of the evening and the handicap was added Torpoint won by 34 Aces. It just goes to show that it is not over until the last shuttle is struck and the envelope is opened!
It was a good night played in a good sporting manner and Torpoint now have to face another away game in the Semi finals at Liskeard. Date to be aranged
