After a delayed start due to sand on the floor the event got underway with some impressive wins for our ladies. The men also won their events, but did not perform at their best. The mixed doubles were also Torpoints, so we managed to keep the pressure on at the top of the league with a 9 - 0 win.
All credit to BATS youngsters, whose heads never dropped while playing on a less than ideal surface. Our courts are usually quite good but were very slippery for this match
